user name and password not recognized

ok i tried loggin in several times password is correct and all still wont let me log in ...

account deactivated, contact support, OR review your password and check it over again.

Erase the whole thing, and retype it. Sometimes you manage to change something and it gets all messed up. If that doesn't fix the problem PM Toonces, or mail him at: support@starportgame.com

Tell him the issue and wait for a reply. Normally this would go in the Engineering section so I'm moving it there where an Admin is more likely to respond.

usually this is the result of creating another account. We have a one account per person rule. Contact support if you need help with this by sending email to support@starportgame.com and remember to include your starport username in your email and a good description of your problem.

can somone help me, i have the same problem? It says that user name and password not reconised, I am banned because a mistake happend when I tried to logg on a sever, there my user name and rank should be it was just this -- like it is on the servers I don't play on.

so i don't understand why I still is banned, tried to send mails to toonces but he don't respond on my mails-.-

Is it more starport moderators that can fiks this?

Only an admin like Toonces can fix this, but they won't, and they don't respond to emails sent by banned members, you were permanently banned most likely.
