Killing NPCs in UN space
Why not allow it? I mean... wouldn't make much realism-sense, but what in SGE does? They always seem to be clustering and/or getting stuck in UN space, so why can't we kill 'em!

That was part of the thinking behind the idea, as it kinda helps with escorts to be able to use the tractor beam. NO, listen to me!
You shouldn't be able to shoot NPC's in UN space because it is a no fighting zone. No fighting = safe.
If you can shoot NPC's, they can shoot you. UN space is no longer safe.
I'm primarily thinking of the new users' safety, but you also don't want to be flying to SOL with a pod that has 0 shields to get a new ship and be jumped on by a swarm of NPC's either.

Like i said: tractor/repel/pushy thing work in U.N. space. All other attakcs don't. That way. We could have something to do when we are bored:P
