Glitch on IGH

Toonces, im not really sure if this is considered a "glitch" or not, but on IGH almost every planet layout is wide open, with no walls to dome your colony behind or nothing, just a plain old WIDDEEEEEEE open colony
almost every colony on the server is like that, is there a way you can fix it? just go over and take a look for yourself, land on any planet and most will be wide open colonies, if you don't know what im talking about ill be happy to go on and take screenshots
