i have been reporting that when sge icon is hit the first message receceived ..looking for updates...and it stops there...doesnt keep loading....give me a hint what can be happening...ive sent this request to starportsupport and toonces,,,,no answer has been given

tried logging as administrator and have reloaded sge over a dozen times...still same results...i wonder what might be going wrong!!!
