when i try to run the game, all the patches download perfectly up until gepatch.842.pat
at that point, the download bar fills most of the way, and then stops indefinitely with a little space to go--the patch doesn't download, and so i can't play.
anyone with any suggestions?

uninstall the game and redownload the client, that should already have the patch in it.
make sure no traces of the old SGE folder exists as that can complicate a fresh install.
