Can't Login: Launcher is crashing

When i load up Starport it keeps Not Responding before it even loads up the login page or anything for that matter, is anyone else having the same problem as me.

Please could someone message back with a solution to this, i have already tried to redownload Starport

UPDATE: Re-downloading the install file and installing from http://www.starportgame.com/download.php should be enough to fix this problem now.

Toonces as you know i also had this issue - and redownloaded the game and is fixed - i can get onto Starport now .
Problem i have now is every colony i land on of mine is black blank screen

If you just wait a moment or two then re-enter the colony, the problem will go away. You don't need to make any directories any more, just installing from the download page should be ok

This has happened once again Toonces and to be honest its rather annoying after every patch it says "Username or password not recognized." i have my password saved on my computer so everything is correct, please sort this out! -.-
