Minimizing CRASHES game!

Meh, just to get attention

Ever since i can remember, about 50% of the time, when the game is minimized, the game crashes, and you get that error report thing... Its literally happened since i started, and i dont know why... anybody else have this problem, or could it just be my computer?

I just realized I'm noticing the game "crashes" or freezes right after I've minimized the game to look at the forum. Perhaps that's what's been triggering it to randomly exit to desktop while I'm playing.

Same... I mean the first part with the crashes after alt-tabbing.

Happens about 20% of the time I minimise sge to the desktop, this has been the case with me for the last 3 years or so!

same, hardly ever crashes on me, and when it does, its not related to alt+tabbing

yes i get this too.. also sometimes entering and leaving a planet.. (fairly rare) it will do the same thing. (crash)

I only crash when im about to tell Cheesy to clean a col or to pay back some cash he owes me.

Must be a bad connection.

i can alt tab just fine every time... for me the crazy errors dont kick in until i "update". as in, touch a dome, port, planet, etc. then i will be stuck to my biodome flying in a circle (i dont move but ship spins and thrust directions are way wrong) also when this happens sometimes all the turrets drag on the screen leaving after images.

sorta trippy but i guess i would need to SS it for you to explain properly.

I went to download.com and got the game from there. No issues now other than random crashes.

let it be known mel owes me 40 mil

on topic: i do not recommend uninstalling the game and downloading from starportgame.com
the patches seem to have pieces missing so people are going bug crazy because they uninstalled. if you do uninstall go 2 download.com and get the old copy so it can be patched over. do that before you post a bug, then if it doesnt work id post it
