How much cash do you need to rush all the buildings?

Or is that server dependent?

This is quite useful, even for an older player. Sticky.

this simply can't be up to date. a resource guide isn't very practical in todays starport, as colony building varies too much from individual planet to individual planet (opposed to ancient starport varying only between the planet types)

maybe an improvement on the colony calculator?

i agree. this is old and probably incorrect
colony calculator is also screwed because of the refinery slider %'s though.

oh really? starpedia should totally mention that xD i dont really build arctics so it hasnt mattered. isnt the special to help construction go along faster? which is why i never built it, ive never truly built, i rush build.

oh! so.. i still havent noticed the pollution thing, lol. but you get the morale bonus for having another building.. and thats very significant. so, nvm. always gonna build em now.

starpedia does mention it. indirectly.

it says the heater core raises construction efficiency. more efficient construction means you can have less % of colonists dedicated to construction to achieve the same thing. so you have more % of colonists to be directed elsewhere
