Unsure about what happened.

but before the fix it was a lot worse.

Colonies were registering about 50k pollution disasters, losing their entire population in an hour, and putting things into weapon factories turned them into nukes and negs.

It was pretty scary.

All I know is that right after he fixed it, he was somewhere between sober and moderately drunk.

I know this, because after I suggested a way to deal with the complainers, this is the response i got:

[10:49:56] Toonces tells you: i only do that when i'm really drunk

And he also offered free... erm... "toys" to anyone who emailed him their address as compensation... but, I have a feeling they would be neither new, clean, or arrive in time for Valentines day.


but hey, its fixed now, it affected everyone equally, and you dont have to worry about your nuke eater colonies being invaded anytime soon.

It was an accident by Toonces, he's said sorry and offered compensation. Its harsh, but you cant be to hard on him I guess, only one guy and at least it shows he's actually working on the game.

Besides, WF's will build back up in no time, its the relative new comers with only a few cols with WF's who'll be the most affected

It actually worked out better having 100 nukes in every WF. No reason to be so hard on Toonces, he has real life BS like everyone else plus us babies to contend with.
