Should battleships have 16k shields?

I think its time we had another ship that is equal in shield power to the IGS, ISC, Seth, and CEO ships.

Nope, the thing about the top ships is they all have special requirements for getting them. The battleship is as tough as you can get without entering the top corp ring (argueably, the avenger has the speed but lacks sheilds, personally id rather be in an avenger than a BS)

ISC = Commision
IGS = Tokens
Flag = CEO position
Seth = -1k rep
