i really think the stupid time you have to wait on relogging after a dc should be removed. This is especially annoying on blitz, since in 30 seconds they can easily cap the col and kill you, crippling you for the rest of the game

if you dc you should be able to relog straight away, if you log out then you should have to wait. not sure if theres a way to tell the differance
