I think that this idea would just make every colony wayyyyy easier. Instead of your nice 5k pop rocky being able to dish out a 10/120, it can now only shoot 2/120? I don't like this idea.

When I log onto the game and get to the server screen, everything is fine. Then I click on a server and click enter, and about 7 seconds later, the game crashes. Is it just me or does the rate at which energy is regained been lowered? I tried to land on a planet with 1-2 lasers shooting at me and i couldn't land and ended up dying....

The server TOR is a server in which there are no buyable modules. Though Toonces can't remove mods from one particular server, he made everyone have the same, non changable mods. This server is ment for those who don't really like the module system. This also means you can only have one weapon.
