Its an old topic i know but im bringing this up for good reason... Most of the time there isnt anything big going on with perm games and when there is it takes its toll.... Im talking about massive wars... yes the ars of the perms have begun to creep back upon us and need a new factor to boost input...

Agreed the EMP should affect any electric device for a certain amount of time

This may have been touched already or may not have but here goes. :) EMP - Electro Magnetic Pulse = :) Knocks out anything having to do with electronics for a certain amount of time. With this in mind i came to the conclusion that the Sethdar's EMP isn't a true EMP. it only knocks out the propulsion...
